The Sunshine Retreat chalet was built in 2014 on a plot of 1000 m2. It comprises three levels distributed as follows:
On the ground floor:
The main entrance gives access to all three levels of the chalet.
It also serves the open and very bright living space consisting of the main living room with its fireplace, the dining room and the semi-open kitchen. Access to outdoor terraces.
On this same level is the guest bedroom and its en-suite bathroom.
• On the 1st floor:
The Master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom and three other double bedrooms also with their en-suite bathrooms.
• On the ground floor :
The cinema room, the relaxation area with sauna and jacuzzi, the fitness area and an equipped ski room.
On this same level, a wine cellar, a laundry room as well as a closed garage of 55 m2 allowing to easily accommodate two vehicles. Access to the ski-room and to the chalet.
