1.Guarantee of accommodation quality

When you make a reservation through, you choose to spend your holiday in the property of a private owner.

Before offering a property for rent, our team visits the property to check the accuracy of the facilities, we add to our portfolio only properties that meet absolutely all conditions. Through this approach, our company with 2 years of experience manages to maintain high standards for all our customers. We also guarantee that the images of the properties are in perfect accordance with reality.

2.Booking and payment process

To confirm a reservation, the tenant must pay 70% of the cost of the rental cost. Once payment is received, the dates for the requested period will be blocked and the booking is confirmed.

The last payment of 30% will be made 2 weeks before the check-in date.

Exceptions are made only when the check-in date is less than 10 days away. In this case, the guest will have to pay 100% of the rental cost.

Payments can be made directly on our website via our payment system which accepts all major credit or debit cards.

Alternatively we accept wire transfers for full payments to which a 10% discount will be applied.

3.Cancellation and Refund Policy:

In order to be eligible for a refund the renter must issue a request within 30 days from booking payment
-100% of full paid amount if cancellation request is made 30 days prior to check-in date
-50% of full paid amount if cancellation request is made 15 days prior to check-In date
-unfortunately no refund is possible if cancellation request is made under 15 days prior to check-in date
but will be issued a 25% off your future holiday you book with us
All refunds will be made back into the respective bank account or credit card utilized in the original

– Coronavirus Cancellation Policy:
Under the EU Directive on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements, you have the
right to cancel your booking for free, before the start of the holiday, in the event of unavoidable
and extraordinary circumstances resulting from COVID such as:
– Your holiday destination country has restricted travel to or from your holiday destination
– Your government has restricted travel to or from your holiday destination
– Your government advice to avoid non-essential travel
– Any other circumstances related to COVID that may prevent you to attend your holiday.

4. What is the exact address of the property?

On the Holidayseurope website you will find a map where you can see the approximate area where the property is located. In some cases, you can see the exact address. This way, you can easily look around and even switch to satellite viewing. If our website does not show the exact location, we will send you the exact address of the property as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

5.Can I request a last minute discount?

We’d love to offer you a last minute discount. If you intend to make a booking with the check-in in less than two weeks, please contact us and we will try to offer you the best price for your stay.
